LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — Local law enforcement agencies are searching for a registered sex offender who allegedly sexually assaulted a victim before stealing their vehicle in Elizabethtown. According to the Lancaster County District Attorney's office, on Dec. 17 around 8:05 a.m., 38-year-old Shane Kelec raped and assaulted a victim.
As a result of the assault, police say the victim suffered a broken nose, a broken rib, subdermal hemorrhage/subdural hematoma, a head laceration that needed nine stiches, and a skull fracture. Read More...
SAN BERNARDINO, Calif. (AP) — Rapper and singer Sean Kingston on Tuesday waived his right to fight extradition in a California court and agreed to be turned over to authorities in Florida, where he and his mother are charged with committing more than a million dollars worth of fraud.

The Allegheny County Housing Authority officer reportedly found two male victims, dead, and says that they had been shot several times.
