UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. (WJAC) — Penn State Football Head Coach James Franklin announced the addition of Gerad Parker to the coaching staff as the wide receivers coach. Cambria Co., PA (WJAC) — Authorities with the West Hills Regional Police Department confirmed to 6 News that they are investigating an alleged video that appears to show a teenage boy strangling and killing a duck in Cambria County.
The video, which appeared on Snapchat over the weekend, before circulating on social media, allegedly shows the teen yelling at the duck to "stop making noise" before a hand is seen grabbing the animal by its neck and shaking it. Read More...
