Suspicious package found at JWF Industries in Johnstown

JOHNSTOWN -- One person has been charged after Johnstown police responded Thursday morning to JWF Industries after a suspicious package was found. Christin Barnes, an employee at JWF Industries for 2 1/2 years, is facing felony charges of weapons of mass destruction causing evacuation and serious public inconvenience. The package was found overnight Wednesday in the Iron Street business, police said. China to draw 'separation line' on peak of Mount Everest

BEIJING (AP) — China will draw a "separation line" atop Mount Everest to prevent the coronavirus from being spread by climbers ascending Nepal's side of the mountain, Chinese state media reported Monday. A team of Tibetan mountaineering guides will set up the separation line at the peak before climbers attempt to reach the summit from the Chinese side, the official Xinhua News Agency said.
