JOHNSTOWN, Pa. (WJAC) — Cambria County Emergency Dispatch officials have confirmed that Peter Smothers, 63, has been found. No other details have been released.

According to Dubois Mayor Pat Reasinger, 113 employees will be laid off from the Paris Uniform Services location on Hoover Avenue in Dubois.
