JOHNSTOWN, Pa. - A man charged in connection with a 2014 murder was sentenced Tuesday.
Keith Reed was sentenced to 20 to 40 years in prison after he was found guilty in March of conspiracy third-degree in the 2014 shooting death of Tony Phillips.
The sentence is the maximum Reed can get for the crime.
Reed will be credited for time served, nearly four years, and his attorney, Tim Burns, said he is going to file an appeal in the coming days, citing Rule 600, claiming Reed was not given the right to a speedy trial. Read More...
