BEDFORD COUNTY, Pa. (WJAC) — A Bedford County judge is admonishing the district attorney's office for having three cases involving crimes against children end without a verdict, in the span of a few months.

Centre Co., PA (WJAC) — Firefighters from the Citizens Hook & Ladder Co. 1 of Milesburg and several other departments, responded to a house fire around 5:50 Friday evening.
It happened at a home located on Old Route 220 Road in Boggs Township.

JACKSON TOWNSHIP, Pa. (WJAC) — Representatives from Competitive Power Ventures presented checks of a combined $30,000 Tuesday to the Jackson Township Volunteer Fire Company and Police Department.
The fire company's president, Steve Yarina, says the $25,000 they've received helps take away stress from fundraising and helps the fire company focus on efficiency.
He says the funds will go toward replacing two of its fire engines by next year and buying new equipment. Read More...
