A penny candy store is opening and the plan is to keep some of their prices low in the face of inflation. Chocolate World responds after allegedly kicking out on-duty police officer

DAUPHIN COUNTY, Pa (WHP) — Hershey's Chocolate World has issued a statement regarding an incident involving a local police officer that caused upset on social media. On Oct. 17, The York County Fraternal Order of Police made a Facebook post alleging that an on-duty York officer had been asked to leave Hershey's Chocolate World. The FOP wrote that the officer had been purchasing candy for a nearby Halloween parade. Former Curwensville baseball coach sentenced to decades in prison for child sex abuse

Clearfield Co., PA (WJAC) — Authorities in Clearfield County say a former Curwensville high school baseball coach has been sentenced to serve up to multiple decades in prison after pleading guilty to child sex abuse. According to county District Attorney Ryan Sayers, Thomas Harzinski appeared in court this week where he pleaded guilty to several charges in the case, including sexual assault of a minor and indecent assault. He was then sentenced to serve 13 to 31 years in state prison, followed by three years of probation. Read More...
