Centre Co., PA (WJAC) — Former Penn State President Graham Spanier says he wants to set the record straight in his new book in terms of what happened to him and the university during the Jerry Sandusky scandal.

HUNTINGDON COUNTY, Pa (WJAC) — State police in Huntingdon County say an Orbisonia man is facing charges after he allegedly exposed himself to a teenage relative and reportedly forced her to touch his genitals.
Troopers say the 15-year-old victim disclosed that she was staying at a relative's house, in December, where Cole Bucher, now age 24, resided.
