Punxsutawney man helps break world's longest pizza record

PUNXSUTAWNEY - Scott Anthony, owner of Punxsy Pizza, took part in the "World's Longest Pizza" event Saturday at Auto Club Speedway in California. Anthony was the only pizza chef from Pennsylvania to help create the 1.3 mile-long pizza that broke the Guinness World Record. The finished pizza stretched 6,333 feet, used 8,000 pounds of dough, 6,000 pounds of sauce and 5,600 pounds of cheese. The previous record of 6,082 feet was made in Naples, Italy in 2016. Bellefonte, Benner areas to 'cut-ties' with CATA by next year

CENTRE COUNTY, Pa (WJAC) — Mass transit services in the Bellefonte area will be changing this summer but now there is word that those changes could be happening earlier than expected and the transit program for this year is expected to change again next year. The Centre Area Transportation Authority announced earlier this year that changes were in the works for their service to the Bellefonte area, saying the funding they receive from the municipalities involved isn’t enough to support the authority's expenses. Children's drag show sparks controversy at Boise Pride Festival

BOISE, Idaho (KBOI) — An Idaho pride festival is responding to criticism of a scheduled children's drag show. On Wednesday, KBOI reports Zions Bank announced it is withdrawing its participation from the Boise Pride Fest, saying it was unaware of the event's activities involving children.
